  • Fit with Dhanush will provide personalized workout plans, nutrition guidance, and support through online communication channels. The services may be subject to change or modification as required.

3. Client Responsibilities:

  • Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and disclosing any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to participate in the program. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with a healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program. 

4. Payments:

ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN New Zealand Dollars

  • Payment of the specified fee is required before services commence. Payments are non-refundable, except as otherwise explicitly stated in the refund policy.

5. Personalized App Access:

  • Clients will be provided with access to a personalized app for the duration of the training program. This access is granted solely for the purpose of the training program and may not be transferred or shared.

6. Communication:

  • Clients will have access to 24/7 chat support and scheduled weekly calls. All communication should be respectful and professional. Fit with Dhanush reserves the right to terminate services if clients engage in abusive or inappropriate behavior.

7. Refund Policy:

  • A 100% money-back guarantee is offered if clients do not see results following the recommended plan. The guarantee is subject to compliance with the program and is void if clients fail to adhere to the guidelines.

8. Confidentiality:

  • All client information, including health records and personal details, will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

9. Disclaimer:

  • Fit with Dhanush is not liable for any injuries or health issues that may arise during or after participating in the training program. Clients engage in the program at their own risk.

10. Termination:

  • Fit with Dhanush reserves the right to terminate services for any reason, including a breach of these terms by the client.

11. Amendments:

  • Fit with Dhanush reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.

 Refund Policy:

  • 1 Guarantee Conditions:
    • The 100% money-back guarantee is applicable if clients follow the recommended plan diligently and do not experience the specified results at the end of the program.
  • 2 Eligibility:
    • To be eligible for the money-back guarantee, clients must adhere to the program guidelines, including but not limited to following the workout plans, nutrition guidance, updating the photos and measurements  as well as attending scheduled calls for discussions on improvement.
  • 3 Duration:
    • The money-back guarantee is valid only for the specified duration of the training program. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of completing the program.
  • 4 Exclusions:

I understand that Meal plans or exercise plans alone will not give full results .It needs to be a combined effort.

I understand that I must not take any physical activity if I suffer from any injuries,diseases, disabilities that might cause additional injury / aggravate such conditions.

I understand that participating in physical activities and exercises can carry a risk and I accept all responsibility for that risk.

I will ensure that I will inform my exercise professional immediately if there is any change in my health status.

I understand that all the information given will be kept confidential.

I provide the indemnity with the knowledge of  and recognition of the possibility of injury or other dangers connected with any form of physical activities included in the training membership and assure to hold harmless towards the trainers and all others in the team.
